Who we are and what we do
Our commercial facilities are the best place for you to reach your fitness goals. The membership packages include 24-hour access to 2-6 commercial gym facilities 24/7. Currently, we have six facilities in Barbados located in Sheraton Mall, Wildey, Cane Garden, Hastings, Warrens, Six Roads, and our latest ventures in Speightstown.
Along with our wide variety of gym equipment, we have qualified, professional and polite team for a motivational atmosphere. Everyone is welcomed regardless of fitness level, shape, gender, or size. Our team is here to help and encourage you along your individual fitness journey.
Our Ninja Warrior After-School / Vacation Camp program offers fun activities, including rock climbing, ninja warrior obstacle course, kickboxing, parkour etc. Have your little ninjas join us, where they will have fun testing their mental and physical strength. These activities aid in increasing their endurance, grip and upper body strength.
